Mweb 1gbps line services being throttled

MWeb, Internet Throttling Services Pty Ltd.

My experience is just turning into a nightmare with Mweb. Sitting last week without internet for the whole week before the ticket was resolved. Not once was I contacted for an update, NOT ONCE. MWEB is turning into a normal state service and I am thinking of moving my account to another service provider. Paying R1500 pm for what, high blood pressure!? I'm supposed to have a 1Gbps line yet I sit watching my youtube buffer during the day and night time. I call the helpdesk, THEY'VE DROPPED MY CALL THREE TIMES NOW. Third world country services, you know this started happening since DD bought Mweb. No more support calls in the evening, no more service. Overall service degradation.

I just cannot believe that a company can deteriorate so much from once such a successful and prominent stature.
