I have read the numerous negative MWEB reviews and have had the same experiences, viz. no reply and depleting my airtime on their call center. However, just as I was about to cancel my contract with MWEB, I received a call from REMI FREDERICKS, MWEB Internet Specialist. He is the epitome of professionalism and goes the extra mile, even calling me on the weekend just to reassure me that my order was being processed! I am sure that I am not the first dissatisfied customer that Remi saved for MWEB and I certainly won't be the last, judging by how he strives to improve MWEB's reputation. So, whilst I certainly agree with all the other one-star reviews of MWEB, REMI FREDERICKS personally deserves five stars for excellent service and I hope he is commended and promoted by his company.
