I have experienced endless problem s with mweb in the past few months I I had a 100mps line which was upgrade to 200mps but the thing is I called them over and over letting them know that I am only receiving between 3ps and 5mps this carried on for about 4months untiil they sent vumatel out and they discovered that there installation was defective now I am not being credited for the line speed I have not received they have to bed me
