Mweb

It is absolutely impossible to get in touch with Mweb, an email service provider, via email. I do not want to speak to an agent, because I want a paper trail and have my communication in writing. Phoning Mweb is equally impossible, with permanent options and pins that need to be punched in. I want to close my account with Mweb and even that is impossible. When they want to sign you up, you can't get rid of them, but when you want out because of the frustrations it is even more frustrating.
