Getting through to MWEB is like pulling teeth. You can wait 45 minutes in the cue. and they ashamedly tell you are number 22. even once you get to number 1, you can wait a further 25 minutes. They should consider getting more staff as we have other things to do besides waiting on the line for them. They then put you through to another department, and sometimes the call just cuts.
