I recently upgrade my line from a 50mb to a 100mb fiber line.Now that I upgrade it seems to be worst than it was. There is also a other thing I picked up when was trying sort out this. When I ran the speed test on my 50mb line it only when up to 25mb download and up load speed and the same thing happened happened with the 100mb.When I run the speed test on the 100mb it only go's up to 50mb.But if I am not mistaken a 100mb means a 100mb not a 50mbs. Now 2 days i log a query and still have not received feedback
