Multichoice in action at MWeb

I downgraded my line package 15 August, I paid the full price of the old package still for November. My line is not even clearing close to 100mbps what I am paying for. For 6 days I am nowhere with MWeb. No service, empty promises and stupid apologies. But they have my money
