MTN Web Hosting Kiddy Service

I purchased the Uncapped Hosting Pro (Unix) 5 days ago. I have not received ANY support from the MWEB team. When I logged a query I was advised to log into an email address that I have never heard anything about in order to receive the information. When I try to log into the email address with the OTP that they send me it says that the information is incorrect. They sent me an sms a few days ago with an account number of sorts and a password and this logs me into the "My Products" section but again when I click on email it asks me to log in and the log in details are not working. I needed my website up and running days ago.... This service is really bad. Gives me the feeling that the people there don't know what they're doing when it comes to web hosting and just forward generic responses. It must be great to work for minimum wage and pay no interest in actually resolving queries. I'm joking of course because I don't work for minimum wage and I do resolve queries hahaha. I would like this sorted out ASAP or will be moving to another web hosting services and demanding a full refund.
