MTN EMAILS PROBLEM AND BAD SUPPORT SERVICE actually NO SUPPORT!!!!!

We are experiencing email problems and after i haold on for more that 4 hours mweb dropped the line.!! I am a client of mweb since more or less 1994 and this is how they treat loyal customers.!!!!

I expect a clear apology and a refund on my cell phone costs and would appreciate if they could cal me back and wonder if they will hold on for more than 4 hours!!!!
