MTALK forced upgrade but systems do not work
Mtalk expires 21st Aug however disconnected 14th already. Must change to VOIP package per MWEB. Keep amiling and SMSing I must upgrade and when I click the link nothing happens but go to get fibre page. I've had fibre for over two year !!!!! Ypu are forcing me to change to a voip package but I cannot get it done as your systems DO NOT FUNCTION AT ALL !!!!!!!!!! Tried to call *** just keeps giving busy signal PATHETIC !!!!

18 Aug 2020, 11:01Finally got through to mweb by phone got transferred around had to verify myself 3 times.
Then after wasting over 45min of my cell airtime I got cant take you call at this time an they cut me off.
You set a deadline for me to change and now calling doesn't work the website is useless.
Are you a tech company or a back yard operation !!!!
