MOVING when you have MWEB is n NIGHTMARE

NEVER MOVE when you have mweb internet connection. Since 1 April I am trying to get connected and REALLY - the excuses they come up with is rediculous. You can not speak to a manager you have to wait for a manager to phone you back. Then they promise you the moon but *** just speak to another person then you realize NOTHING that was promised was done. It is as if the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. And unfortunately they KNOW you need the connection and if you struggle to get your internet connected for 19 days how are you going to struggle to get everything cancelled??? Service level is horrific and I dont think they care because they do not even read the Hello Peter reports because they do not even answer the clients on their complaints here. Had I known I would have used another service provider they day I moved.
