Moving my fibre connection.

Had an existing connection and moved to a new residence 500m down the road where I know my service provider has infrastructure. With 2 months left on my contract I asked MWEB to move my connection to my new residence. The only thing they are interested in selling me a new 12 month contract to install fibre at my new place even though I have told them many times I don't want a new contract. I am still sitting with fibre unable to work. However they still expect me to make my monthly payment. Not delivering when someone has paid you for something is tantamount to theft. MWEB are useless, money hungry and not at all interested in client service. Very disappointing from such a large company!!!
