Moving Line

We requested a moving of premises gave to them a month in advance and then was told due to me having an existing line, will have to wait until that line gets disconnected, then we were requested to send pics of the units, this was done, but everytime you speak to MWeb they have some kind of excuses that mail has not been send or unit is to old I was now promised by Val at MWeb that she will ask the Moving department Manger to give me a call seeing is believing. I f you every want to move your unit is better to install a new one as this happens within 3 days but with moving, I was told it can take up to 3weeks and only after the enquiries it is absolutely ridiculous. You would think into day and time with our economy they want to keep business, but it does not seem so. if MWeb keeps this up before long they will have no more customers.
