Moving home request

Mweb is a useless piece of ****, how long can a moving house request take? ive been without wifi for over a month now and no one is doing anything about, i call every day hold for nothing less than 20 min each time only to be told "your line release request was sent again" what **** is this, you were paid for a service but not providing it. your business is nonsense maan. i have vumatel infrustructure in the place i moved to and none of your useless agents know why such a long delay.
