Moving Home Nightmare

I placed a moving home order with MWEB and its been a total nightmare. I placed the order a month and a half in advance thinking that this would be enough time for them to get things right. My moving date was a week ago and I still do not have internet connection. When I called them I was told that my connection date was in two weeks time. I've called repeatedly without much joy. They don't seem to care and the default response is to tell you to wait. Absolutely shocking.
