Moving Fibre

Id like to rate this company 0 because the service provided is not even close to good or satisfactory. For several months now i reported i needed them to move there euipment to my new house and for 2 months they didnt and yet they kept debting my account. I opted to cancel the contract, despite several emails and phone calls sent they never reacted to my request. Up until now they are still debting my account and yet im not using their services. Im so frustrated and would like to ask Hellopeter to assist in this problem. Thank you.
