Moving Department is useless!

Absolutely appalling moving department. App**** for change of address on the 19th of April, moved into our new place on the 15th of May, it’s been 5 days of countless calling, emailing, social media accounts being contacted and all we get in return is the wrong address and then we wait again for days to hear back from anyone. We have been extremely clear about the address but clearly we are speaking foreign because every response we get is for the wrong address stating there’s an existing ISP (obviously because someone else lives there - wrong house number after correcting them multiple times) this is honestly ridiculous. Paid but still no assistance from MWebs moving department!!!! Disgusting
