Moving apartments and no fibre installed since mid December 2021

I have been requesting my Fibre to moved since December 18th 2021 and till today nothing no commutation ZERO UPDATES I'm so disgusted meanwhile they keeping your money and expect money from you each month. I work from home and this is affecting my productivity. I hate this ISP
