Move Request not Actioned, 2 weeks still waiting.

Logged a request to move my connection over a week ago, no feedback, called everyday they even said they escalated but still no feedback, still billing me for a service I'm not even using and does not work, called again today the turn around time changed from 10 days to 3 weeks.

No calls info, nothing unless i call, really dissapointing for a small request.

Don't recommend Mweb especially after raising concerns and no help offered or call agents saying they simply can't help.
