Move Home Request - Mweb

Requested on the 13th of December 2025 for my product to be activated at new relocated address. Tried all contact methods (Chat, Email, Complaints and Phone Calls) with no success. Promised that my services will be active in 24 hours on the 31st of December 2025 as I wanted to cancel and look for alternative providers.
