Move gone very very wrong

Reference no MWB***6 I moved and had my line moved. I was told to do it via my account online which I did. The installation was done and now I have to wait 4 days before the line is activated. No one explained the process and how long it will take which is very frustrating when you have a home schooled kid that needs the WiFi.

Pathetic service from mweb especially when I called to ask what the whole process entails and how long etc.
