Most Unpleasant Experience Ever

Me and my husband ordered a LTE package from Mweb and it has been the most unpleasant experience EVER!!!! Getting them to deliver the package was as difficult as could be. The website couldn't pick up our home address and after eventually getting them to call my husband as it was on his name we called more than 20 times just to get them to confirm the banking details and link his cellphone number. To date we are unable to see our package on the website, the number has still not been changed as well. The order was suppose to go off as a debit order and that never happened. I had to call and ask when the payment would go off and again had to provide my husbands bank account details and schedule the debit order. The next month the debit order only went off 7 days after the date we indicated on the forms.

I logged a query with them with regards to everything and received a very useless e-mail, not helping at all.

I am really disappointed with the service and wouldn't recommend them to anyone and wouldn't even rate a one star because terrible service is an understatement.
