Most pathetic support center I have ever worked with!

My internet was off sice around 7h00 this morning.

I have repeatetly (10 times so far) tried getting hold of MWeb Technical Support via ********** and the call keeps dropping. Everytime you call you have to enter you id, mfa and select what support you require. With all the prompts and talking in between you only get put in a queue after 2m43sec.

Working in IT myself I have done all the troubleshooting I could from my side. That includes restarting my Laptop, Router and Fibre OTE multiple times to no avail.

This is absolutely unaceptable and extremely frustrating.
