Most Pathetic Service

Good day,

Installation was already completed last week Friday, just after 9:00 in the morning and Fibre has still not been activated by Mweb - no one ever contacts you back on a call back requested and no way of reaching them without at least spending more than a R100.00 on each phone call.

Most pathetic service I have ever received from any provider. Should have stayed with Afrihost.
