MOST PATHETIC SERVICE EVER!

If I could, I wouldn't even give you 1 star. Mweb is the most pathetic internet provider I ever came across. I ordered my internet on 21 November, it's still not working and I didn't even receive my router yet, although I paid the delivery fee. Furthermore, when I subscribed telephonically the sales agent told me that the service is R480 per month, now I receive an email saying it's R670 per month and increasing to R699 in February. I am not willing to accept this or continue doing business with you. Please ensure that an agent get's in touch with us to cancel the service IMMEDIATELY!
