Most Pathetic... Mweb a Shame for basic service

Most Oathetic service... inability to even Cancel service with them. Waiting for weeks... calling basically daily.. Mweb is a disability when it comes to resolving problems... No internet since 1 June... every time.e I call for cancelation, they start a new 48hours to 72 hour waiting period They cannot even escalate... how pathetic. If I am the CEO of a company like this, I'll resign to save my reputation
