Most horrible service ever!!!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I’ve received regarding my moving request, logged on the 29th of August, 2024. Despite numerous follow-ups, I still have no internet connection. Moreover, I have been transferred to incorrect departments multiple times, adding to the frustration, this clearly shows they don't know which department is responsible for what. What makes it worse is that some people would pick up the phone however not talk or anything and hang up!!
