Most Frustrating .

Never been so frustrated, With the service of Mweb / Vumatel , I cannot contact them via e-mail , no help after 11days of calling , all they say is that we will log your query. My son even went as far as to check in the ceiling. They keep saying that they see the problem and will fix remotely, THE PROBLEM is not on my side the pole was bumped and the line pulled out ( THIS is me doing THIER work) Still no help . As soon as I get a service provider , You can kiss MY hard worked for money goodbye.
