MOST DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM AN ISP

Terrible service - billed for speeds that have not been provided. **** to : They say that they can not provide me with 100MBPS only but this is the only speed they have provided me and will still charge me for falsely advertised speeds of 250MPBS - I work in telecom's - and will not accept being **** to (We cant provide you with 100MPBS as we don't support that speed anymore) - This is utter BS! This along with incredibly long wait times and unanswered support requests.
