Most disaster Internet Services in South Africa # MWEB

I didnt even want to give that 1 star also, but had to give that coz i am paying for it. The worst internet service provider that i ever came across. The customer service is poor and the technical department has the worst knowledge about internet. I took a line with mweb which is a 10mbps line. Intially i had to make my own efforts to call the metro fibre to release the line for mweb as they were taking more that 10 days to open my line. Then i have been constantly complaining about my wifi speed to the technical department. You knwo what their answer is. For a 10 mpbs line only when you are connected using fibre you will get 9.8 mbps line and when you are connected to wifi then the internet speed csnnot be 10mbps. I have never heard in my life with wuch kind of an answer. I used Afrihost, lucert groups, vodacom and none of the internet service provider had ever told me such kind of a reason . Secondly the tech team says that i have to only test using speedtest.mweb.co.za to test my internet speed which is bull****. I have never heard such stupid reasons ever in my life. Just to contact technical support is a mission with mweb services. My only suggestion to people of South Africa is never ever opt for mweb in your life. You will never get what you pay for.
