More down time than actual internet usage

Internet outages at least once a week with Vuamtel and Mweb. Will get an SMS saying that Vumatel is down but no estimates of how long the outage is going to be and why there is an outage. Outages last for 4+ hours each times. I would not recommend using any of these two companies if you want a stable fiber connection.
