Monthly Reconnected for NO REASON
Mweb cut my line last week.i called ,they told me Vumatel disconnected my for NO REASON.They promised I will be reconnected within two days until today nothing. Today When I enquire why am I NOT RECONNECTED, Tayyibah asks me if I paid. R250 for reconnection.i asked what reconnection and Tayyibah just closed the chat.What is wrong with Mweb?Almost every month we get disconnected for NO REASON, IM TIRED OF THIS INCONVINIENTS!!!.

09 Sept 2025, 14:33I'm so upset right now .As stated Mweb said Vutel is the one who disconnected on 1st for NO REASONand we will be reconnected after 48 hours.Today is the 9 of September we still NOT RECONNECTED.
TodaOn 1st we spoke to Mveleli , yesterday we we're chatting to Tayyibah who says we have to pay aR249 reconnection when ask why, HE /SHE THEN DECIDED TO BE RUDE AND END THE CHAT.
this CANT CARRY BECAUSE EACH MONTTH WE GET CUT OFF FOR NO REASON THEN NEXT THING BEFORE THE RECONNECT US WE HAVE TO A RECONNECTION FEE. Mweb IS A **** AND THEY SHOULD JUST CONTINUE KILLING THEIR OWN BUSINESS.I JUST NEED MY MONEY WEBAFRICA IS READILY WAITNG TO GIVE US SERVICE PROPER SERVICE FOR THAT MAYTER .PLEASE MWEB STOP ****MING US!!!!!!!!!!!
