Monthly mweb mail outage

For the past 5months my email goes down for 2 to 4 days. Every time I have to sit for an hour + to get it resolved.

As an accountant, immediate response to client emails are vital and this domain provider is really not worth it.

Mweb refers me to Telkom (shifting blame) - this is an mweb problem!!

All other websites and services work perfectly during this time, except Mweb - not even their website load.

Rather avoid mweb email services - too unreliable.
