Monthly debit increased without prior notification
Mweb debits R29 from my account every month for my package. On 28 February they debited R108 without any prior notification, explanation or consent. Meanwhile, my package is still adverised at R29 on the website. I have tried contacting billing and accounts to find out what is going on and I wait in excess of 4 minutes for someone to answer every time I call. I do not have time to sit on the phone all day. I hope somebody will take note of this report, failing which I will cancel my account with Mweb and take my business elsewhere.
