Monthly billing changed without my consent

I'm not happy with mweb increasing my monthly billing with notifying me including staff with attitude. I have a contract with mweb and this month when I paid for April month I noticed that there is an outstanding amount. Then I contacted mweb via chat and see how the staff member gave me attitude. unfortunately I can't share screen shoots but I will find another platform to share it.
