Month to Month Contract - but still forced to pay for 2 months
<p>To whom it may concern, I requested to cancel my mweb account on the 6th Feb Online. My contract indicated that I was Month to month and I clicked cancel. It was then that I was told my accound would be canceled only on 1 April, This is shocking I am on a month to month contract, I have paid for this month February, I cancelled at the beginning of the month yet I must still pay for another month, but mweb can't take into consideration that I have no access to the Internet because I don't have a line so they are charging me for a service they cannot provide, you are *****ing from clients, if I was still making use of the service then I would understand, but as far as I'm concerned this is disgusting. I want my service cancelled immediately and you can have the month I have paid for Feb as I have not used the Internet since 6 Feb! It is unacceptable for you to do this! If I was to sign up again this would put me off majorly and I would use another provider! Use your cancellation policy to your discretion and when a client is not able to use your service, which is out of my control give them the option to cancel immediately!!! Ok - just got a reply from the Cancellations Department Manager - they have canceled my contract as a gesture of goodwill. This goes a long way to restore my faith in Mweb. Until now - I have had only excellent service from the=m
