MONTH-TO-MONTH CONTRACT A *******!! HIDDEN 12MONTH CONTRACT

I am extremely unhappy with MWEB and their supposed month to month contract. I tried cancelling my contract this morning and have now been told that I am tied into a 12 month contract. after viewing my own account online where it confirms that I am on a month to month contract. NOWHERE was I ever informed that I am going to be required to stay on for 12 months. The only reason I took this package was so that if I wanted too, I could cancel the contract with at least one month's notification. NOW MORE THAN EVER I WANT TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT. THIS FEELS LIKE A ******* TO ME!!!
