Money paid no connection

When we app**** for the Fibre everything went well, my husband was told to pay R1000 upfront no one told us anything about pro rata and then suddenly his bank account was debited but there was no fund so they have sent us banking details to deposit the amount of R33.22 so there is no nedbank branches close to were I stay so I went to the ATM but because the ATM doesn't take coins I deposited R40.00 so standing in the q at the ATM my husband sent me a message our service is terminated and we should pay R4380.00 so I called the billing department and Siso I think his name is and he said I can just deposit the original amount that we are in arrears with which I did and still no one has connected me I think Mweb, Webafrica are working hand in hand both useless companies and would nit advise anyone to go to them
