I phone on the last week of January to complain that my modem is not working thy ask me to take it to n computer shop to see what's the problem the computer shop say they can't get the problem when I phone them to say I want n new 1 thy say thy not cone help <br> <br> I cone stop my service please get n couriers to collect the damage modem <br>
