modem
My modem stopped working on 4/1/2015. I took it into Mweb Cresta on 7/1/2015 and was told that within 10 days I would be delivered a replacement unit. I pay Mweb R400+ a month. They once smsed me. It is now 36 days later and unless I phone they do not communicate with me. I have received no replacement modem and there are none to be bought from Mweb but they still continue to advertize on TV that they'll give you a free modem if you join up with them. This is totally unacceptable
