According to The South African Consumer Protection Act, No 68 of 2008 I have some rights and you have some responsibilities that goes hand-in-hand with that telephonic contract of ours.. I have played nice.. I have been patient.. But your lack of efficiency and customer centricity is worrisome.. According to the CPA, I the customer have the right to fair and honest dealings, I have the right to fair value, good quality and service, I have the right . . . . , well you see were I am going with this right??? I don't want special treatment, I don't want anyone to apologize.. I just want you to deliver on the promises you made at date of sale.. Please mweb, you have forced me to read the CPA on a Saturday.. Imagine what I will do highly motivated on a Monday..
