MNET still masters in a total lack of addressing shortfalls in their service.

Since the previous review on 2 October 2025 Mweb has not reacted. Mweb did contact us telephonically and we were once again requested to hold on. We held on for an hour (this being number one on the line). We were forced to continue with our professional work and had to dismiss the call once again. Mweb really seems to prove their complete lack of interest. This, in my opinion constitutes no interest and gross negligence and uprofessional conduct on their part. I have no other option but to refer this matter to the ombud and also lodge a claim for the major losses in professional income.- Dr JB Mostert
