Mixture of good service and ancient sign technology!! Oh, and it's really a 12 month contract!!

I have a few bones of contention with these guys that i would like to air out. One, they say no contract on their fiber but if you read the *small print* you'll find out that they will surely charge you in full of the services "freely offered" at the beginning of the service if you cancel before 12 months! Now, tell me if that is not a 12 month contract!! Then there is this funny thing happening whenever i sign up for a service with them. I signed up initially and they a created an account for me, fair enough. When i ordered fiber, alas, they created an account that i would have to specifically sign in just for that since the initial one says no products! Then i signed up for VoIP, guess what, it also came with an account that i have to sign in on to view the details of usage! Why on earth is all this not under the account i signed up with at first????????? So, what was the use of the first account then? This is just too cumbersome! Good service though so far on the fiber product, will update when it goes otherwise.
