Misleading sales consultants

I specifically asked the sales consultant before changing products from LTE to Finre if there would be cancellation or other costs related with the move and was told on record that there would not be. Now I get a message very quickly that there is an early termination fee on something that the consultant said there would not! Mweb sales team never get it right …and as always the client has to pay
