Misleading information
I am a new customer. I put in an application on Monday, and received a confirmation email that they would call me. NO ONE CALLED ME. I had to follow up. Upon following up, the call centre says, there was no application put in and we need to put in application. Then they start telling us completely different information from the quote we were given previously. We haven't even signed up, and im glad I haven't. Do not go with M-web.
