Misleading, dishonost disgrasfill advirti*****t

We all got informed about the Fibre Upgrade from Mweb about to double our speed, my connection is even worse than it was before, and when you phone them they tell you it is only for selected customers and more in poorer areas, if I look at my account it shows that my speed is doubled but not even getting my normal speed I used to get, this is misleading and the worst service I have received form MWEB in the 14 years I have been with the company as my service provider
