misleading cumsotmers
<p> Your ads r misleading for the ADSL of R199 as the router in the pics on the ads is not what you get because look what router I got its Smaller then the one in the pic and the router I got is a fon Technicolor TG588v were as the router you guys r Advertising Is a fon Technicolor TG589 so this proofs MWEB Does false advertising and whose of all I am very unhappy with what MWEB is doing because they should not do this with they cumsotmers because they should show the item the cumsotmer is gonna get in the pics </p>

Our customer care representative has since been in contact with you.
We are providing our Fibre clients the TG588 router, as the router has a WAN enabled port. The reason you received this router, is due to a stock shortage we had with the TG589.
Since our correspondence, you have decided to keep the TG588 we have provided.
The delivery of a TG588v was in no way purposely misleading on our part.
Please let us know should you require any further feedback or assistance from us.
