Misinformed and poor service

Incorrect information given on sign up. Sales Agent indicated that activation will occur once password and username entered on router. I have not activated and do no want to activate service till end of July. Currently being billed for June. Chatted to numerous call center agents, and nothing can be done to rectify the billing, because once the line has been installed, it is automatically activated.
