I have been trying to get in contact with Mweb for the past 4 months with no answer to cancel my fibre product no one has tried to contact me in regurn i have since stopped paying the acount in hopes they will phone me nou they put a bad mark on my name because of me refusing to pay I have sat on thier phone lines for hours without any agent picking up the phone the debit order my accout op R2041 for suposed reconnection but i refuse to pay all I want is to cancel the product
