Migrated Virtual Server without consent

I have/had a virtual server with Mweb Bussiness for some time. I supported them rather than an international hosting service. Their invoices is never late and I have been paying my bills.<br> <br> Two days ago my virtual machine/server just went down and never came up again. After some investigation I figured out they moved/relocated my server. Without backing it up and without asking / notifying me. <br> <br> After HOURS struggling just to get hold of someone at the call centre they tell me there is no way I can get my data/db's etc from my old server. I mailed their support email 2 days ago and still haven't received anything back yet.<br> <br> This is ridiculous and I will NEVER go back to them and will NEVER tell anyone to use them ever again. Cause that is as BAD a service as I have ever seen.
